How quickly do you answer the phone?

We will answer your calls within 3 rings.  You will receive a monthly report showing all your calls answered and within what time.

Can you transfer calls to me once answered?

Yes we can within our bespoke package. Please call us to discuss costs.

How do I get my message?

You will receive an email which is Free.  We can also send you a SMS message which is charged 10p per message.

What information do we take?

Company name, name, telephone number and message.  If you require more information please contact us about our bespoke packages.

How does the signup process work?

1. Signing up just takes a few minutes.

2. We will issue your unique DDI, allowing you to divert either your landline and/or mobile number to us.

3. Our experienced receptionists will answer your calls in your company name and following your pre-set call instructions.

4. We will then send you a message via email/SMS.
