MOTO transactions are performed over the internet by one of our agents using a “virtual” terminal with the consumer being on the end of the phone. A virtual terminal is effectively a secure payment screen within a portal web browser that enables our agents to input the various personal details of the consumer including their credit or debit details and submit for processing.

1. Signing up just takes a few minutes.

2. We will issue your unique DDI, allowing you to divert either your landline and/or mobile number to us.

3. Our experienced receptionists will answer your calls in your company name and following your pre-set call instructions.

4. We will then send you a message via email/SMS.
